Day two under the dome (of snow). There is a narrow trench dug through the snow which supposedly lies over what used to be the street in front of my house. The only form of transportation that seems to be working right now is walking. I have no idea what the rest of the city looks like, but I have to imagine it's similar to my street.
The sensation I get when I walk through the cavernous paths hollowed out through the snow in my neighborhood is claustrophobia. It feels like I'm living in an ant farm. The icy corridors all branch out from larger paths - I'd love to see an aerial view.
Fortunately, I have plenty of coffee and cereal.
